Delete your Vezoro account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time, either in the app or by email.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Vezoro and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.

By email

If you no longer have the app, write to support@pieralabs.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my Vezoro account”. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, language, avatar, notification token).
• Your personal household data if you are the only member.

What may remain

• In a shared household, entries you created may remain available to the other members.
• Technical logs and backups are rotated out after a limited period.
